Newly renovated, fully equipped and quite stylish apartment is located in the picturesque village center of Hard, just a few steps from the lake promenade and has his own parking space. The apartment is tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac facing a beautiful garden. If you prefer more quiet and secluded walks by the lake, just head over to Grüner Damm.

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.
