Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
