The apartment,completely renovated in February 2025,is nice and cozy with a beautiful view on the bay of Villefranche sur mer and on the Presquile of Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat. It's located at the second Floor of a Residence,serviced by an Elevator. At your disposal there is a wonderful pool(open from the1st of May to the end of october),a bar open during the day and a laundry room. Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

As a resident of Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when you wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.
