Important: Starting mid September 2021 we will start construction/buidling work on the premise! The Garden will not be accessible during the time of construction! The apartment has a living space of approx. 90qm + gallery. It has recently been renovated in high quality. The apartment is close to public transport. in the district Hüsingen in the middle of the village, next to the old village well, stands our stylishly converted farmhouse dating from 1788, situated next to a horse paddock, not far from the forest. The attic is an oasis of peace. A large wild garden with apple trees belongs to the property and can be used for a romantic campfire, depending on the season. S-Bahn connection can be reached in 5 min by car. A baby cot can be added, children must be very careful with the steps.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

An open living space features a cozy sleeping area with light bedding and a stylish black chair. A kitchen with modern appliances is complemented by wooden accents. A dining table with white chairs occupies one corner, while clever storage is visually incorporated.
