The WOW effect is the 180° view of the gulf, visible from the entire apartment and from the large terrace. Relax in the large garden and take a walk in the private woods! Located 100 meters from the sea, at the top of a short climb of fifty steps that ensures tranquility, it is an old fisherman's house built in the nineteenth century and recently renovated. Within walking distance, you can take advantage of the ice cream shops, restaurants as well as the beaches and the Barcola promenade. Bus stop under the house with the possibility of free parking along Viale Miramare.

It is located on the fifth floor with an elevator in Via Giusti 1, with a small terrace, full kitchen, full bathroom, large bedroom with a huge wardrobe, chest of drawers and a third place on a sofa bed.
