Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

The apartment is located in Sümmern on the outskirts of Iserlohn in a quiet but central location. A car is recommended. From the Iserlohn-Seilersee exit, you can reach us in 7 minutes. The sights such as Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee with swimming pool and ice rink, the Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund and the Sorpesee are easily accessible. A terrace in front of the door is at your disposal, with table and chairs, to end your day in peace in the evening.

Located directly on the river, 3.5 room large, classified by the German Tourism Association as 4 stars, non-smoking apartment in a quaint old half-timbered house. It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car. 🌿 Wellness-Oase am Rande eines Industriegebiets. Das Apartment ist ein Rückzugsort für Paare. Nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet! Genießt entspannte Stunden in der eigenen Dampf-Sauna oder entspannt im Ganzjährigen Jacuzzi mit Panorama Blick auf wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Schiebefenster lassen sich alle zum Sonnen komplett öffnen. Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann.

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.
