The apartment is located in the center of Neheim in a small section of the pedestrian zone with many shopping and parking options in the immediate vicinity. On approx. 24 square meters optimal for 1 person with enough freedom of movement. But even 2 people can still get along quite well. A large semi-covered balcony with seating and magnificent panoramic views expands the space. Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV and Washing machine. An elevator is also available.

The apartment has one double bedroom for 2 people and another room with sofa bed for 2 people . Optionally, it is possible to use the high-quality sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. The sofa bed has an integrated mattress for permanent sleepers. You will benefit from free WiFi and private parking on the accommodation.

In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike. Quiet, with terrace, private garden, barbecue. I am a passionate host. I have furnished the apartment and maintain it as I would feel comfortable at home. So it is not only attractively furnished and decorated, but equipped with everything that is needed during a longer stay.
