It is 1 block from the beach. With a living room/kitchen (twin bed) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all the comforts for the guest to save money and cook on-site (stove, refrigerator and household utensils, barbecue and external laundry). It accommodates up to 4 people. It's in the back of my house. I have 1 dog in the yard, but there is a gate that divides the edicule from the front house. The car must be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Warn about check-in after 9 pm, as they will be evaluated.
