Very charming house in high-end condominium, two blocks from the beach. Atami Sul Association. Covered outdoor area with dining table and sofa. Churrasqueira. Chuveirão. A lot of natural light on the inside. Living room with integrated kitchen, TV, and wifi. 2 bedrooms, the first with air conditioning, a double bed and a single bed, and the second with a fan, a bunk bed and a desk. 1 bathroom inside the house and another next to the barbecue. Muskett netting. Beautiful garden.
