It has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites, and a balcony overlooking a hammock area in the garden. It is 250 meters from the beach, which is clean and quiet, in a safe condominium with 24-hour monitoring, close to a market and an ice cream parlor. The house is pet friendly, and everyone is very welcome to stay in this little corner!

Delicious and family house,in Balneario high standard gated condominium style. House with modern decor, winter garden,fresh and smelling and with all indoor air-conditioned spaces. Condomínio is beautiful..its structure has playgrounds, multi-sport courts, beach tennis court, 24-hour door,grocery store,ice cream shop,and the beach is certainly a separate spectacle😍 You and your family will spend wonderful days around here! Photos set/25 5 minutes from boarding to Ilha do Mel and marinas.

Com sala/cozinha (bicama) + 1 quarto (suíte, cama de casal), tem todo conforto para o hóspede economizar $ e cozinhar no local (fogão, geladeira e utensílios domésticos, churrasqueira e lavanderia externa). Acomoda até 4 pessoas. Fica nos fundos da minha casa, possui portão divisorio entre as casas. É permitido pets, desde que dóceis. O carro deve ficar estacionado paralelo à rua (vizinhança tranquila). Avisar sobre checkin após as 21h, pois serão avaliados .
