The "Barn" is is part of an old "forgeron" or blacksmith's property - it has been lovingly renovated to preserve all of it's original charm whilst providing an idillic setting to discover the Alsace wine route. Comprising of 2 generous master bedrooms with en-suite and a large open-plan living / dining and kitchen area on the ground floor leading out onto a wooden deck , perfect for enjoying the Alsace climate and local wine . The apartment is located in a former barn with a stork nest, which has been modernized. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and plenty of air (4.20 m height). The fully glazed barn door brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and is therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Im Preis inbegriffen sind die seit 01 Januar 2026 5% Übernachtungsteuer, und Service Gebühren. Es ist ausgeschlossen das in einem 2oo Jahr alten Gebeute alles Staub-frei ist. In summer, rustic natural stone walls await guests with a pleasant coolness - in winter, the crackling fireplace welcomes you with cosy warmth. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace. At a height of four metres, the ceiling arches and the rustic flair of the living room is complemented by a state-of-the-art kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms can accommodate two people each.

A lovingly furnished studio with its own kitchen, bathroom and separate entrance. In the garden is a pool for shared use. The accommodation is located between Freiburg and Basel in the small town of Markgräflerland. It is surrounded by vineyards and close to the Black Forest. The well-known thermal baths of Bad Krozingen and Badenweiler, as well as Europa Park, are easily accessible.
