A modern family villa high above the Ammersee with romantic park and many seating, private stream, vineyard, orchard and two ponds make the adults holiday for relaxation and the children holiday for adventure. On hot days, a bath in the neighbouring hot bath or in the Ammersee is recommended. City strolls and culture can be enjoyed in Munich city centre, just 25 minutes away by car. The house is of modern beauty, high quality and offers with 50 sqm terrace also in the outdoor area many amenities. 3 adults and 2 children can stay in 2 bedrooms and 2 children's rooms. The living room offers another guest bed. A baby bed can be provided. Through the house entrance and hallway you enter a spacious living room with fireplace, dining area. The adjoining open kitchen has an oversized ceramic hob and high-quality kitchen equipment with all the appliances. Cooking can become a shared experience… On the same floor are the parents' area with bedroom, bathroom with whirlpool tub and extra shower room as well as the guest bathroom and the youth room. All rooms have direct access to the surrounding 50 sqm terrace. In the house on the ground floor with exit to the garden there is a children's room with bunk bed, a playroom and a children's bathroom with rain shower.

Central, quiet location. In 15 minutes on foot at the town hall, with the tram line 2 (walk to the stop about 5 minutes) you are immediately in the city center.

In this beautiful and charming villa, situated in the panoramic mountainside of Bavaria, you have an array of options to hike, ski and relax. The house has the perfect size for sharing amazing moments for your whole family. We rent our beautiful DESIGN HOUSE in Dießen am Ammersee. The house, which was extensively renovated in 2016 and very lovingly with many original design classics (e. Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, etc.) and the beautiful garden are at your disposal. It is located in a rural lakeside location, sunny in a large idyllic garden with old trees, which borders a pasture with a stream and chapel to the south. Hiking trails are right outside the door.

Plenty of space for families and friends. Beautifully situated between Wörthsee and Ammersee. Munich can be reached by public transport. Lake is close by. Two large terraces. Outdoor fireplace. Beautiful, cosy tiled stove. Zip line. Lake is close by. It is a paradise for the young and old. Free charging station for electric cars. Also a modern gas grill with gas. The jogging route around the lake is fantastic and is about 11 km.
