The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for hiking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful bathing lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural events. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached, and undisturbed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Unsere moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung bietet eine kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und zwei sonnige Terrassen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or on a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
