Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The apartment is equipped with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Free parking spaces are also available in the yard.

To the east you can see the vineyards of Ipsheim with the medieval "Burg Hoheneck". Cities of interest are Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Würzburg, Bamberg and Nuremberg, which can be reached within 1 hour by train or car.

Very spacious apartment of about 260 m2 (2700 square feet) in a baroque manor with two living rooms and four bedrooms. The landlord lives in the same building on another floor. Entrance must be shared with landlord and a cat. Cats might have entered a bedroom before at some point, so beware people allergic to cats! (no cats in the house momentarily)

The cozy 1 1/2 room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. We are very keen to make our guests feel comfortable, so we have changed a lot in the last year and, among other things, bought a new, wider bed, replaced the couch and created a reading corner that can quickly be modified into a second bed in the other room 😊
