The property is located in a very quiet residential area. Shopping and S-Bahn are within walking distance.

After a hike, you can cool off your tired feet right in front of the house with access to the Weißach or from there walk the Weißachauweg to the beer garden. The underfloor heating installed throughout the living area can also cool in summer, so that there is a pleasant living climate all year round. Beautiful Iffeldorf is wonderfully centrally located between Munich and Garmisch on the picturesque Osterseen.
