In the immediate vicinity, you can jog, take a boat trip on Lake Tegernsee and take long walks along the lake promenade or hiking tours.

My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain views and green meadows. The place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.

Our small farm is located in the beautiful Isarwinkel. The area is the starting point for numerous mountain and cycling tours, as well as small hikes. Family-friendly attractions are also nearby. In winter, you can visit the nearby ski & cross-country areas. In the area you will find many shopping & refreshment options. The train station is about 2 km away and the specialist clinic Gaißach is about 3 km from our farm.

The apartment "Beim Ederl" is 93 square meters and is located in the attic. It has a beautiful small balcony overlooking the lake. The decor consists of a mixture of traditional and modern furniture. From this centrally located place, you are in no time at the beautiful Isar promenade and in the historic old town. You can do everything on foot. A car is not absolutely necessary.
