Beautiful modern private room in Gauting. Nestled in a semi-detached house with 2 bathrooms. A bathroom is reserved for the private room. Non-smoking rooms. Good location. Nearby bakery. Bus stop in front of the front door and SBahn connection about 5 minutes away by bus. S6 leads directly to the city center or to the Hackerbrücke for Wiesn visitors (about 25 min). Car transfer to SBahn possible by appointment. Breakfast is not included. However, the kitchen can also be used.

The accommodation is located in the beautiful district of Obermenzing-Pasing and is perfectly connected to the public transport network as well as to the A8 motorway and expressways. Located directly at the Nymphenburg Palace Park, it also allows guests to spend relaxing leisure hours on foot. For shopping, the Pasing Arcades and the city center can be reached quickly by bus, tram or S-Bahn. Even at the Oktoberfest or in the Allianz Arena you are public or by car very fast.

Beautiful stay @Chica Loft

Hallo, Ich biete euch einen gemütlichen Raum mit TV, Schreibtisch und einem kleinen aber gemütlichem Bett (90x200cm). Ein kleiner Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind ebenfalls im Zimmer. Das Badezimmer teilen wir uns während eures Aufenthalts. Es ist voll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, am Stadtrand und mit der S-Bahn super angebunden: Hauptbahnhof 24 min. Marienplatz 21 min. Ostbahnhof 15 min. Messe (Messestadt Ost) 17 min. Flughafen / Airport 49 min.

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb. A buffet breakfast can be booked on site for € 19 per person/night. 1 person single room 2 person double or twin bed room for more persons I will gladly make an offer - just send a message

Bright and absolutely quiet room with private bathroom in new, quiet and very well-maintained apartment complex in the rear courtyard. Small balcony facing the courtyard. Right by the Olympic Park. U-Bahn (four stops to Marienplatz/main train station) and tram and bus line in the neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping and everything you need is just around the corner.
