It is only a few minutes' walk to the edge of the forest and to the starting point of "Hikeable Germany" and the adventure playground for the little ones is only 100m away.

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

My very well-equipped apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the pull-out sofa in the living room. On our smart TV, I provide you with Netflix for rainy days and relaxing evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, right by the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. Sufficient amenities are available for business travelers. 1 travel crib and 1 highchair are available for a small guest.

Nestled in nature, you will find peace and relaxation in the "Alte Mühle" to recharge your batteries. Start your day with a delicious breakfast on your own terrace. Enjoy the tranquility of nature during the day in our 5,000 sqm garden. Numerous native animal and plant species can be discovered. At the private mill pond, you can float on the water with a raft, cool off in the specially created swimming pond, or play sports on the volleyball field.

Our apartment is located 800 m above sea level and about 14 km from the center of Saalfeld. If you are looking for peace and time to rest and relax, you have come to the right place. We recommend that all interested parties and guests read the listing carefully in order to prepare for the stay and enjoy it.

For business or for pleasure? It doesn't matter. Here you come "home" from a nice bike or hiking tour or after work. In a quiet and stylish atmosphere, the batteries are quickly recharged. A visit to the nearby zoo, the Obermain-Therme in Bad Staffelstein or a round on the golf course just 400 m away are ideal. But maybe you also want to "only" benefit from the convenient location in the immediate vicinity of the B303.

The apartment has been completely renovated and received new furniture. There is a bathroom with a floor-level shower and a new kitchen that is well equipped. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The bedroom for 2 and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. Quiet location! The large garden with several seats behind the house can be used. Parking is available in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available.

The apartment is in a quiet location near the city center (walking distance: 10 minutes). The apartment is closed and has a separate entrance. You have the option to prepare small meals, coffee or tea in the single kitchen. The outdoor seating is welcome to be used, as well as a grill is available (please ask), lawn use is not a problem.

Our accommodation is located in Heilgersdorf, a small village 4 km from Seßlach between Bamberg and Coburg with a cozy atmosphere, plenty of space and a quiet location.
