The house is in the middle of vineyards, fields, in the recreational area Frankenwarte only 5 min. Walking distance to the well-known excursion destination "Käppele". The expansive garden has a large Pool area, terraces with seating and sunbathing area, outdoor kitchen with gas grill. There is a playground and children's playroom.

Welcome to Prichsenstadt! As on site hosts we are here offer an easy and memorable visit. The private cottage is located inside our private courtyard with free parking on-site. Steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. If you are here for just one night or for a longer stay there is much to see and do near us. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . Alle Räume sind hell, freundlich und frisch renoviert. Von den Zimmern hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Turm, Hof und Schloss. Die Tische im Hof laden im Sommer zum Entspannen oder zu einem idylischen Frühstück im Grünen ein. Für die Kleinen gibt es einen Sandkasten. Das Ensemble liegt im Herzen der Urlaubsregion Main-Spessart.

Unser sonniges, fränkisches Ferienhaus mit separaten Eingang und schönem Garten bietet mit 104 m² über 2 Etagen Platz für 1 bis 6 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, die moderne Wohnküche, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein großes Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Im Obergeschoss stehen 3 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung. Rauchen im Haus und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, da unsere Wohnung allergikerfreundlich geführt wird. Eine Vermietung an Monteure ist nicht gewünscht.

A historical clay house renovated with natural materials with modern comfort and heating in Tann sourrounded by beautiful nature. The kitchen is fully equipped. Also fireplace available. Ideal for hikers, bikers, riders. Skiing possibilities 15 min to drive. The historical center of Tann is nearby with nice Cafes, 3 castles and a small Museum. No smoking and no dogs and cats allowed in the house. Little garden in construction for use. Barn to store bikes and motorbikes.

We warmly invite you to visit our house in Hammelburg. It is located in a quiet area, just two minutes from the city center. You will have access to the renovated apartment on the first floor (we live on the second floor). It is modernly furnished and fully equipped: dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, fully automatic coffee machine, and includes coffee and tea.
