From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

Beautiful apartment with a view of the old town of Bad Brückenau. The apartment consists of a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out as a bed with a mattress, so that a third person or children can find space. Bad Brückenau is beautifully located and offers excellent hiking opportunities in the Rhön. Grocery shops, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, ice cream parlours and several restaurants are within walking distance.

In the middle of the Rhön lies our cozily furnished vacation home (approx. 80 square meters) with garden. Discover the romantic state bath Bad Brückenau or start your hiking tour right outside the front door. These are just two of many possibilities that you can experience here in the Rhön Mountains. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Hiking in summer and skiing in winter - four different ski slopes are between 25 and 40 minutes away by car.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

With a view over Bad Brückenau, the city center is within walking distance with various shopping opportunities. The apartment can be used with up to four people thanks to the sofa bed and additional mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped. Ideal for visiting spa guests. There is also a wallbox for electric cars!

The cozy 50 sqm apartment is located in the annex of our single-family house with private access. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, wardrobe and TV. The open living/dining area is equipped with a corner couch, closet and TV, dining table and kitchenette. Two more people can sleep on the couch (140 cm). The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people. (Dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, bread slicer)

Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
