Top renovated cottage with large pool in prime location on Nikolaushöhe in Würzburg. A beautiful, unobstructed view of the city, a few kilometers to the city of Mitte. The house is in the middle of vineyards, fields, in the recreational area Frankenwarte only 5 min. Walking distance to the well-known excursion destination "Käppele". A historical clay house renovated with natural materials with modern comfort and heating in Tann sourrounded by beautiful nature. The kitchen is fully equipped. Also fireplace available. Ideal for hikers, bikers, riders. Skiing possibilities 15 min to drive. The historical center of Tann is nearby with nice Cafes, 3 castles and a small Museum. No smoking and no dogs and cats allowed in the house. Little garden in construction for use. Barn to store bikes and motorbikes.

The cottage was newly renovated & stylishly furnished in 2022 and is located in the middle of the Haselbach holiday park. On beautiful days, you can look forward to a view from the house up to 100 km into the distance - in any case, here you have a great view of the Kreuzberg - exit "Kanonenrohr". You also have direct view of the Kreuzbergschanze from our terrace. (Skisprungschanze Kreuzberg- Haselbach) and a footpath of about 15 minutes leads directly there.
