Casa las Flores is a beautiful old townhouse on 3 floors (165 m2) + basement, with only a 2-minute walk to the town square, the cozy Plaza Almijara. The house has access from the narrow car-free street. From the entrance there is direct access to the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Through the dining room there is access to the bedroom. On the 1st floor, there is access to the bathroom and two bedrooms via the living room, one of which has its own access to the terrace. On the 2nd floor is the living room with access to a large terrace. Top roof terrace.

Casa Juventino, is a unique village house, with large private garden and swimming pool, that combines the privacy of a country property with the convenience of village life. CASA DEL BESO The house is very authentic, with a terrace and views of the Alhambra, it was designed and rehabilitated by our father, Manuel, an architect who emigrated with our grandparents and who years later returned to his land, to our beloved Granada. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.

Modern townhouse with magnificent interior design and rustic touch, dotted with beautiful details. Sunny, with easy access and quiet area, fireplace, parking, games room, mini pool, gym, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, located 15 minutes from the center of Malaga, beaches and airport, direct entrance to the Technology Park. Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))
