Impeccable and brand new 2 bedroom house in one of the most beautiful streets of Malaga. The pedestrian and therefore quiet street is just a 4-minute walk from the famous Larios Street. Mattresses and pillows are of good quality because we know how important it is to sleep well after a long day of sightseeing. This property has be lovingly restored by it's artist owners who live locally. This historic property is over 100 years old and built on foundations from the 1600s. While front door access is from the main street, all windows overlook the peaceful botanic gardens. Enjoy views of the countryside and a glimpse of the sparkling sea from the small private terrace.

Sunny, with easy access and quiet area, fireplace, parking, games room, mini pool, gym, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, located 15 minutes from the center of Malaga, beaches and airport, direct entrance to the Technology Park. Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))

Our little vacational house offers relaxing and cosyness. Located in the old fisherman's quarter El Palo in 2017 it was completely renovated, refurbished and decorated with lots of love. It's a perfect fit for families with 2 kids and offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, A/C, a Chill-Out-Corner in the mezzanin and outdoor spaces as there are a Patio and a roof-terrace. All that just a 3 minutes walk away from the beach.

One bedroom has a spacious balcony. Equipment for children is also available in the house.
