Charming house with private pool, garden and bbq

Very cozy and spacious house. Very well located, one kilometer from the beach and the center of Torremolinos. The golf course of El Parador is also very close. There are two large supermarkets (Aldi and Lidl) 500 metres from the house and the airport is only 5 kilometres away. Large fully equipped kitchen. The living room is very comfortable and has wifi and Netflix. It has a spectacular garden with a cozy pool, terrace and barbecue. The house has an orchard with fruit trees and vegetables.

It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds (recommended for children), a living room, an equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one of them in the master bedroom. The house is located two minutes from the village, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, a health center, restaurants and all services. It has a private parking space. It also has sun loungers and a barbecue.

It is a space attached to the Casa Roja, measuring almost 200 square meters (2,153 square feet). The house is located on a detached plot with a garden and private salt pool, measuring 4mx6m. It has a 300m2 plot area. It has 3 fantastic bedrooms, a large living room, and an exit to the garden with magnificent views, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a pantry. It has all the amenities.

Independent villa in a quiet urbanization at the top of the Palo neighborhood and its beaches. Going down the hill 10 minutes from the beach and 15 from Barrio del Palo and the bus stop to the center of Malaga. The views from the house are incredible, it gives the feeling of being on a ship. It has 2 terraces facing the sea and a beautiful pool with an indoor barbecue.
