The lovely flat with 2 rooms, kitchen & bath (douche/bidet) has a nice balcony and seaview (first row to beach). Bedroom and livingroom has Aircondition. It has a seperate sleeping-room with kingsizebed (1,80m) and a second sofabed at living-room. The sofabed can be easily turned into a doublebed (1,50m). The appartment ist perfect for 2 people, a third person is possible sleeping in the livingrooom (sofabed).

The apartment has two bedrooms and is located in Punta Lara at the end of the beach Playa El Playazo, just west of Nerja. You can easily walk to the city (about 20 minutes) or the beach (5 minutes). Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish peaceful space. Light bright and airy. Stunning views out over the sparkling mediterranean. Roof terrace also with mountain views and sunrise to sunset sun. Lower terrace with dining and sun until about 4pm. Shade too. Floor to ceiling living room windows open to bring the outside in. 5mins walk down past the lake to the beach. 15min walk in to beautiful Nerja.
