Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Beach house with great views

Relax in this unique and quiet space. Private enclosed area with beach grounds. Closed driveway and parking space for two cars. Views that you'll never get tired of: it changes with wind and sun. Here you will meet the smell of sea and sound of waves. The stairs from the grounds will follow you down to the beach where you can swim, fish or just go for a walk in unforgettable nature. The heat pump is looking for optimal climate and in the house there is everything necessary. You are in walking distance to the port city with several eating and shopping areas.

Amazing views from living room and bedroom beyond Lillebælt, Thorø, Bågø and Jutland. The house is located 150 meters from the water's edge. Located in the idyllic Thorøhuse, an old fishing village with a natural harbor, just 2 km from Assens. The house has large terrace overlooking the water, outdoor furniture, 2 sun loungers and barbecue is available. New: Orangery. There are good swimming, kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, underwater hunting, fishing and hiking opportunities right at your fingertips as well as the most beautiful sunsets.

Cottage in scenic area

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 75, - (10€) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

Relax in this unique and quiet home overlooking Vejle Fjord, field, and forest. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Keep in mind that the stairs to the 1st floor are a bit steep, and there's not so much space around the double bed. Outside there are two terraces, both with a view. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

The summer house is renovated in 2020. Contains 2 floors with 36 m2 on each floor. The top floor contains a bright living room/kitchen with panoramic views of Feddet and the Little Belt. The lower floor contains 2 rooms, a bathroom and a hallway. From both rooms there is direct access out. Good indoor staircase between floors, a safety gate from the living room. Large south-west facing terrace. Cool path to the west and north. 200 meters above Feddet to a good beach.

Enjoy a relaxed holiday in this peaceful and centrally located home. The home is in the most beautiful street of Assens, really a quiet and idyllic place. There is parking in the street (but not on the private road opposite the house) and it is possible to sit in the small courtyard. The house is renovated in 2023 and is 60 square meters. 2 min walk to forest plant 10 min walk to shopping, restaurants and beach.
