Enjoy the sea as well as the city in this town-house from 1856, located in the centre of idyllic Faaborg with its cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Less than 200 meters from the harbour bath (with sauna), the picturesque old harbour, the ferries to the islands, and the promenade along the sea. The apartment is decorated in a warm, earthy, relaxed style. Bedroom with double bed (140x200), living room with sofa-bed (145x200), kitchen with built-in bench, bathroom (shower).

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Cozy townhouse by the beach and city

Nyd nogle dage i Assens og omegn. Lækre strande og skøn natur. Marindalstranden ligger 2 min fra huset. Haven er super fantastisk. PÅ størrelse med en badmintonsbane. Lækker terrasse hvor der stort set altid er læ. Stuen er hyggelig da køkken spisestue og stue er i et, så alle kan ha kontakt med hinanden. Der er tv med apps, så man kan se næsten alt. Det er tilladt at bruge div. Krydderier, stearinlys, kaffe og hvad der ellers er i huset. Føl jer hjemme 😀😀
