Charmant place with garden for 4 Cimiez museum 3*

Placé au cœur du charmant quartier bourgeois de Cimiez, j'ai conçu cet espace comme un lieu pour s'y ressourcer et se détendre. Tout l'ameublement a été fabriqué en bois de récupération, chaque objet ( appliques, tableaux, tables, banc) est unique, pensé et réalisé selon mes envies par un artisan créatif. Un petit jardin arboré, agrémenté de jolies plantes permet de se détendre ou bien de déjeuner au calme. Un délicieux havre de paix. Appartement de plein pied avec parking classé 3 Etoiles.

Aspremont Village, large 1st floor apartment in a small condominium on the NICE hills. 3 rooms of 85 m² with terrace of 10 m², a small outdoor garden, possibility of a parking space in the garage depending on the car. Apartment between sea and mountain, between 10 and 15 minutes from highway access and NICE plus access to the TRAM terminus to access the entire city of NICE. 25 minutes from the seaside and 1 hr 15 min from the "Mercantour" National Park for mountain activities.

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!
