Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

The penthouse in our house is about 20 minutes' walk from the city centre in Aschaffenburg and is still very quiet. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of our Schweinheim district and the foothills of the Spessart. Ideal for cyclists, bikers as there are free parking spaces directly in and at the house. Locked parking spaces are available directly in the house, especially for cyclists. Also ideal for trade fair exhibitors.

Comfortable apartment with shower, toilet and private entrance in Aschaffenburg-West - in calm environment close to the river. The citycentre is about 5min away by car, but can also easily be reached by bus (bus station is 200m from the flat) or by foot (20min along the banks of the river Main). Parking is possible in the yard, in front of the apartment. A supermarket (with some food-to-go options) and a beer garden are nearby.

Note: Pets are welcome. We charge a one-time fee of €70 for each animal.
