The house on the shore is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the sea in an elegant building from the 1920s of the last century. Just two steps separate it from the famous beach. It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.

Mini apartment on the hills of Arenzano, in a quiet setting. Sea view, small outdoor space. Great for 1-2 people. Parking on a private road. Distance from the center of Arenzano 3 km. There's a good way to get there. Pets allowed with surcharge (Indicate the number of pets being booked in the appropriate box). Tourist tax to be paid on site 1 euro per person (from 13 years to 65 years) for a maximum of 5 days.

Villa Giuanne, families, Arenzano

A beautiful flower garden is the setting for this structure, appropriate for both families with children and couples. Michela will be careful of all your needs. The villa is located on a first hill of Arenzano, about 2 km from the center and the sea. The road to the villa is paved and we report the presence of sharp bends, however it is passable with any car or van.
