We rent out a home in rural and quiet surroundings, but still close to most major attractions in the south: Lillesand (20 min), Grimstad (35min) and Kristiansand and Dyreparken (about 30 min). The accommodation is located in beautiful surroundings close to nature and in a vibrant agricultural environment with sheep, hens, cows and cat. The area and home are very children friendly Feel free to rent a canoe for hiking in the paddle-eldorado Ogge, or enjoy the trails and viewpoints in the area! Welcome to us!

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. It is 20 minutes to Dyreparken, 10 minutes to Lillesand and 20 minutes to Sørlandssenteret which is one of Norway's largest shopping centers. It is 15 minutes to the sea and 3 minutes to the beach with floating dock, playground and barbecue area. The apartment is about 80 m2. Private terrace with outdoor furniture, blanket and barbecue We have electric car charger type Zaptec. Towels and bedsheets included in price. We'll do the cleaning ourselves😊

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Located close to the city center and the sea, as well as very short distance to great hiking terrain in Urheia. The house has all amenities such as garden with trampoline, bathtub, ice cube machine, coffee machine, two stewed patios with a view and charger for electric car. The house is a good fit for 2 or more families:-)

The centre of Arendal is approximately 5-10 minutes walk. You can expect to come to the apartment as it is presented in the pictures.
