Large, bright, newly renovated apartment of 80 sqm with sea view from all rooms. Large balcony with sofa and dining area with sea view. Only about 75 meters from the sea and Fisketången's popular swimming area. Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn's center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor. Parking and final cleaning are not included. Approximately 100 meters from the accommodation, there is parking. Sheets and towels are included

From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.
