Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Morning coffee on the terrace 5 meters from the sea and afternoon/evening sun on the field terrace overlooking Arendal's entrance. Great beaches/ swimming facilities 1 min walk from the apartment . Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every quarter. Possibility of long-term rental from 1 January - 20 June 2026 and from 20 August 2026. Price by agreement.

Bright apartment in new house(2018), a bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine! Kitchenette to cook! Living room with sofa, table and chair, double bed and large closet in bedroom. Sofa bed and possibility of additional mattress. There is a coffee maker in the kitchen. Kid-friendly apartment and outdoor areas. Possibility to borrow baby bed. Perfect for single/couple, with a small child . Sofa bed can be turned out, but unfortunately is very hard. Parking is just outside. Not electricity. Car charging, but charging stations close by

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful Nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds as well as a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Nice hiking terrain . Exploring oneself and nature 💚

Apartment near Dyreparken 7 km. 200 meters to the sea

Cozy and rural holiday apartment over 2 floors. Children's gate on the terrace and inside by the stairs, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 guest beds 90 cm, as the top mattress is a comfortable Tempur mattress. 1 bathroom with washing machine and shower cabinet. Large terrace. Gas grill and outdoor furniture. Large lawn. Short distance to the sea and the zoo about 7 km. 15 min walk to fishing and swimming area by the sea. Sørlandsenteret is right next to the zoo. 10 km to the summer town Lillesand and 20 km to Kristiansand

Stor luftig leilighet i nybygg. Lyse og fine soverom sammen med stue og kjøkken i loftsetasje. Flislagt gang og innbydende bad i første etasje. Sentralt plassert på strandeiendom ved Krøgeneskilen. Det går buss til byen ca hvert kvarter. I kort gangavstand fra leiligheten er Arendals ny stolthet badeøya Løkholmen (se vedlagte bilder). Det er egen trampoline, jolle, brygge og strand på tomten som deles med vertsfamilien om vi er hjemme. Ca 45 min. kjøretid til Dyreparken i Kristiansand.

Here you live close to everything, the location is central to both city and southern idyll with good beach opportunities and hiking areas. There is a short way to the grocery store,pharmacy, Hove and Raet. With activities such as climbing park and Kayak etc. Ferry and bus to Arendal city center 50km to Dyreparken. There is a double bed and a 120 bed m/possibility for an extra mattress 150 Washing machine and dryer Located in 1 egt New nice playground right on the outside

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

In the living room, there is both a seating area and a dining area. There is an option to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/the seashore can be arranged with the host.
