We are lucky to live in a beautiful region and between Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix and Evian, our small medieval town is the center of Haute-Savoie. 20 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Grand Bornand..., not to mention lakes such as Lake Geneva, Annecy, Montriond... and of course hikes in the medium and high mountains. My husband is passionate about cycling, "Honorary President of a club in La Roche" and I am a painter, sculptor. We would be happy to share our passions.

Apartment 2 steps from the lake

Come and recharge your batteries in a quiet and peaceful place. Direct access to the Sierroz (river) allows you to reach the lake (10-min walk) or the supermarket (4 min). A bus stop 250 m away takes you to the city center and the spa. The accommodation includes a living room (kitchen + living room) a bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing room. My wife Aurélie will also be happy to welcome you to her office for a wellness treatment (massages, reiki), to complete your stay.

This bright, comfortable studio with mountain views is located between Annecy and Geneva. It's the perfect place for a vacation or work stay in Haute-Savoie. Quiet, in a green environment, it is a 3-minute drive from the highways (A 410) from the SNCF train station (Léman Express) and the center of the small town of La Roche sur Foron. It will allow you to diversify your discoveries: mountains, lakes, visits to the emblematic cities of Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix, Yvoire.

Mezzanine accessible by Japanese staircase with offset steps: Sleeping area with double bed 140/190, under low-height roof in wood panelling with reading area offering a very cosy atmosphere.

Within a Savoyard house, enjoy this beautiful 45 m2 independent apartment completely renovated, on the ground floor. Access to the accommodation is independent, you benefit from a free and secure parking space. The accommodation consists of an entrance, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed 140 cm x 190 cm, a bedroom with double bed 160 cm x 190 cm, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, an outdoor dining area adjacent to the garden.

The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.

Between Lake Bourget and Mont Revard, in a quiet environment, you can enjoy recent and very comfortable accommodation, consisting of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. You are 20 minutes from the Revard station, a family alpine ski resort and the largest French cross-country ski area (140 km of slopes). You are also 20 minutes from Lake Bourget (the largest natural lake in France), and Aix les Bains, 30 minutes from Chambéry and Annecy.
