Quiet studio and ideally located in Annecy Seynod, 5 min drive from Annecy centre, 15 min bus from the train station, 30 min walk from the centre, 30 min drive from the ski. Close to the mountains, the lake, you can enjoy the outdoor areas of the house as a couple, or solo. Several parking spaces on site. The kitchen is equipped and the accommodation is air-conditioned if needed.
