A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. At the centre of many possibilities: 10 min from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills UNESCO heritage, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. This stylish place to stay is perfect for those who love design, nature and hiking. Immersed in the green hills of Friuli, near the Alpe Adria Cycle Route and other destinations of interest (see the guide). Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds.
