Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

Hey dear guests, The apartment is newly renovated and is very centrally located in Tübingen. The train station is a five-minute walk and the city is also within a five- walk away. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Nevertheless, the area is quite quiet, and you can easily retreat. The newly renovated guest apartment on the upper floor offers plenty of space, a cozy atmosphere and good facilities. From the spacious roof terrace you can watch our 3 alpacas grazing and enjoy the wide view into the distance.

Our Tiny House is a former transformer tower located 5 min walking distance from Old Town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are in the immediate vicinity. The tower has a 32sqm terrace that floats over the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.

There is no sink. The dishes are washed by us daily. The upper floor has no apartment door. The rooms and bathroom can be locked.
