Quiet apartment Soest countryside central Holland

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Soest near the Eem river. It is suited for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay for a few days or weeks in the area around Soest. We have two rooms with a view of the garden on the ground floor of a former farmhouse, in a separate part of the main farmhouse. You can use a part of the garden outside the rooms where you can sit. Pets are not allowed. You may rent bicycles on the premises for 5 euros per day. Own entrance.

De Groene Emelaar doet zijn naam eer aan door zijn unieke en rustige ligging, tussen de bomen, omringd door weilanden, de Barneveldse beek (500m), aan het Marskramerspad en vele andere wandelroutes . Vanuit onze woning wandel je zo het Randenbroekerpark in, en binnen een paar minuten sta je midden in de binnenstad. Natuurgebied den Treeck is om de hoek en wil je groots vertier opzoeken dan ben je met 15 minuten treinen in Utrecht en ruim 30 minuten in Amsterdam. Meer weten? Several great restaurants, terraces and boutiques are all within walking distance due to the ideal location of the apartment. Biologische Boerderij de Omrand

Aan de rand van Amersfoort in natuurgebied de Heerlijkheid Stoutenburg met uitzicht over de weilanden ligt onze biologische boerderij De Omrand. U maakt het boerenleven van dichtbij mee. Er worden 60 koeien aanwezig en er scharrelen 12000 kippen. Op de boerderij is ook een biologische winkel. U kunt uitgebreid wandelen en fietsen in de natuurgebieden Heerlijkheid Stoutenburg, Bloeidaal en de Schammer. Ook de Veluwe is goed bereikbaar. Een half uur rijden bij Amsterdam vandaan!!

Clean, comfortable and cosy sleepingroom with bathroom, close to Utrecht and Amsterdam. You can use the little gardenhouse and a wonderful veranda in a cute garden. Be aware: the photo shows the veranda outside. In summertime this is the best place in town. :-) Op loopafstand van het station, in een rustige straat vind je een kleine studio voor maximaal 2 personen met gebruik van de heerlijke tuin. Onder de veranda heb je een plekje om te ontbijten in de zon.

Sfeervol tuinhuis in onze diepe groene achtertuin aan de rand van het centrum van Amersfoort. Buiten wc/douche ruimte, apart van het tuinhuis, alleen voor gebruik van onze gasten. Mogelijkheid tot gebruik van kajak(s) en/of fiets/tandem tijdens uw verblijf. Ontbijt opties zijn er volop in de buurt. Bijv. bij het Broodatelier, waar je heerlijk vers brood kan kopen, is op 2 minuten loopafstand. Vrij parkeren op 400 meter (van Almondestraat).

Since Sept 2016 the studio is also labeled for business stay.

There is a shop on the ground floor, and the owner lives on the first floor. The apartments share the front door and the staircase. The lockable apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
