Just get away from it all in this soothing, centrally located home. After a 2-minute walk along the water, you are already at the first terraces. Here you will also find a supermarket and some other shops. If you walk another 10 minutes further you are in the middle of the city. We have an office and baby room that you can also use. Under our house you can find two parking spots where you can stand for free. A lovely garden and a roof terrace where you can enjoy your cup of coffee or a glass of wine :)

In deze centraal gelegen accommodatie ligt alles voor je gezin binnen handbereik. Een ruime woning, kindvriendelijk, met natuur en het stadsleven op loopafstand. Vanuit onze woning wandel je zo het Randenbroekerpark in, en binnen een paar minuten sta je midden in de binnenstad. Natuurgebied den Treeck is om de hoek en wil je groots vertier opzoeken dan ben je met 15 minuten treinen in Utrecht en ruim 30 minuten in Amsterdam. Meer weten? Deze geweldige accommodatie staat garant voor plezier met het hele gezin. Het huis staat op een ruim perceel in het midden van het land. Dicht bij Amersfoort, Soest en Utrecht en prachtige wandelgebieden. Meer zin om lekker thuis te genieten? Het is een heerlijke plek met grote lichte ruimtes. Genoeg gezellige zitplekjes en een ruime keuken. Reizen jullie met kinderen? Er is genoeg voor ze te doen. Een ruime tuin met trampoline en zandbak en genoeg spelletjes en knutselspulletjes.

A beautiful familyhouse built in the thirties. In very cosy familystreet near the central station of Amersfoort.(10 minutes walk) Nearby the centre of the city Amersfoort.(10 minutes walking distance) You hire this place with our cat! Free parking in our street in front of the house in case you arrive by car. The garden can be closed by a lock in case you have bicycles to be stalled. You Can also use the carport to put them under to be dry.

In the house are 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people, equipped with beds of Auping. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bedroom upstairs. The kitchen has a Quooker, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The house has underfloor heating and French doors on three sides, smoothly merging inside and outside.
