The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

We maken grondig schoon ; het huisje biedt rust en veel (buiten)ruimte waardoor u veel privacy heeft. Het is geschikt voor een hond, een kind en is ook geschikt om rustig te kunnen werken.

Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Estate de Paltz, lies the Paltzerhoeve. This is The Barn. Stay in this original old barn and now cozy holiday home is an experience in itself! In the summer, there is a swimming pool of 5 m x 10 m in the garden (1.30/1.40 m deep), where you can swim.
