This chalet is within 6x4 and has a kitchen (with microwave oven and fridge), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 with a step) and plenty of storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) easily involves you to the living space. You really sit in the (swimming)water of the clean lake. Discover this peaceful waterside retreat, accessible only by boat. A complimentary 5-minute boat transfer from the parking area is included. We will personally welcome you, accompany you to the cabin, and give a brief introduction to the accommodation, the boat, and the surrounding area. We are available 24/7 and can quickly assist you by boat in case of questions or emergencies. As the boat is not covered by Airbnb's insurance, a refundable €500 security deposit is required for its use.

Very complete house on an island with its own motorboat. All this in a beautiful area with lots of nature, where there is enough to do for everyone. In the garden, you can relax in a hammock, jump on a trampoline, go canoeing, paddle boarding and swimming from your own jetty. Nearby you can continue hiking and cycling to the nearby village of Breukelen and/or hiking along the Vecht. From Breukelen station, you can reach the city center of Amsterdam or Utrecht by train in 25 minutes.

Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Estate de Paltz, lies the Cottage on the Paltzerhoeve. The Cottage is an attractively decorated holiday home in rural style. Here you can enjoy the wooded environment and the idyllic, quiet atmosphere on the estate. The presence of the horses on the property adds to the rural atmosphere. The Cottage can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. For business bookings during the week, customised stay times or day bookings are possible.

Hoeve Nieuw Batelaar has its own private entrance and garden, and guarantees a lot of privacy. The large living room, with an open kitchen has special views over the countryside, and gives guests a sense of calm and space. The spacious bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed for 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has an extendable double bed. The spacious bathroom with a massage shower and infrared sauna, gives access to a wonderfully heated indoor swimming pool.

Stay in a real houseboat full of character, instead of a standard holiday accommodation. The warm mid-century décor, wood-burning stove, cosy seating area and the view of the water create a relaxed atmosphere. With four bedrooms and a prime location next to the Jaarbeurs, close to Utrecht Centraal and a 15–20-minute walk from the historic city centre. New houseboat since June 2026.
