Velkommen til den gamle skomagerhytte i Gråsten. Her kan du overnatte i skomagerens gamle værksted - en charmerende hytte nænsomt og rustikt renoveret med respekt for husets unikke historie og sjæl. Fra haven kan du nyde udsigten til slotssøen. Hytten er 56 m2 og indeholder entre, moderniseret køkken, badeværelse, stue med original fransk jernseng. Desuden et separat sovekammer ved dobbeltseng. Der er varmepumpe og plads til en babyseng i det ene soverum. Medbring håndklæder og sengetøj.

The cottage is spacious at 83m2 with three bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna, a kitchen/living room, where the kitchen is fully equipped. There is plenty of room to spread out on the terrace as well as to be able to romp in the large garden. The house is quite close to the popular gendarmsti and is only a 10-minute drive to Sønderborg + 25-minute drive to Flensborg if you want to go to town to shop.

Beliggende i naturskønne omgivelser, i vandkanten, med adgang til egen badebro. Badehuset er oprindeligt bygget i 1930'erne. Vi har indrettet Badehuset i personlig stil, hvilket bl.a. betyder, at der er indrettet med mange arvestykker. Du får en autentisk og enkel badehusoplevelse, hvor charme og nærhed til naturen er i centrum. Naturen er en stor del af oplevelsen, og med den følger også et rigt dyreliv – blandt andet mange fugle. Der kan forekomme insekter både ude og indendørs.

Med vores charmerende sommerhus får du en af Kegnæs's fineste placeringer direkte ved vandet, ud til smuk strandeng med badestrand og badebro. Den store træterrasse ved huset gør, at du kan finde plads i solen på alle tidspunkter af dagen, samt bl.a. nyde din morgenkaffe, mens skibene sejler forbi på Flensborgfjord. Lyset, vandet, roen og den skønne natur er helt magisk på denne del af Sydals. Gå og cykleture, fiskeri, kajak og jollesejlads og kitesurfing er populære aktiviteter.

Sommerhuset ligger på en stor naturgrund ca. 400 meter fra dejlig badestrand.
