In total, the apartment is approximately 33 m2. In addition, there is a sofa, armchair, 32" TV with Chromecast and a small radio. Possibility of charging an electric car at an OK charging station 350 meters from the apartment.

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.
