The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and medical centers. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the swimming bridge and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the adjoining courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger cities Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensborg.

Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in lovely rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing water. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. You can also bring the kayak. Enjoy nature with a fantastic sunrise or sunset, tranquility, silence and "Dark Sky". 12 km to shopping, Spar, Ebberup.

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. 1 km to the center of Sønderborg and 1 km to the beach promenade and Gendarmstien. The apartment is on the 1st floor in a brick master villa from 1934 and is 78 sqm. The home is a non-smoking home, which can accommodate up to 4 people. As a rule, bed linen and towels are not included in the booking. If you don't have the opportunity to bring it yourself, we can help you with this. We charge a small fee for this.
