Nature right outside the door – but only 30 minutes to Stockholm by train.

Strängnäs, lakeside accommodation centrally

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Park your car for free on the street and walk to the city center in 5 minutes. Within the same distance, you also have access to the small town's harbor with a few restaurants to choose from. Swimming area with small diving tower, tennis courts, bocce court, beach volleyball court and nice playground - all within a five-minute walk. The apartment has a double bed (160) and a sofa bed (140). Crib and high chair available.

Are you a group looking for a rural accommodation by Lake Mälaren, which has a private beach and large areas with all the amenities available? Villa Gurli was built in 1912 and has undergone an extensive renovation in the last year to regain its former glory. With a private jetty/marina, it is also possible to get here by boat. The accommodation is about 1 hour by car from Stockholm on beautiful Selaön, with proximity to both nature and rich wildlife. About 15 minutes away are both Strängnäs and Mariefred.

Flygelbyggnaden från 1812 har varsamt restaurerats för att återge känslan från byggnadstiden med tidstypiska färger, textilier och möbler. 140 kvm finns till ert förfogande. De antika detaljerna kombineras med moderna bekvämligheter. Tillgång finns till stor trädgård med utemöbler på gårdstunet. Bagarstugan

I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och goa bakverk. Enklare frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Se hemsidan Café Östergården. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

Stallet

Det lilla stallet som är från 1600 har omvandlats till en petit gästlägenhet. Här finns inte rinnande vatten men väl ett gammeldags charmigt litet kök med modern utrustning. Toaletten består av en modern förbränningstoalett. Dusch med varmvatten finns tillgängligt i en intilliggande byggnad. Gården ligger i en lugn ålderdomlig by omgiven av skog och åkermark, men med idylliska Mariefred och Gripsholms slott runt hörnet. På gården samsas man med hundar, katter, höns, ankor och bikupor.

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings and gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre nature reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak tour or cook together. There's plenty of space for socialising and lovely dinners, as well as the option to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds, including bed linen and towels).

Nice cottage by Lake Mälaren

Fint hus med stort allrum och kök med öppen eld, badrum och 4 sovrum. Perfekt både på sommaren och vintern. Finns extra madrasser samt ett gästhus och bastubyggnad med extra dusch och toalett. Fiber finns som möjliggör att det även passar utmärkt att arbeta härifrån. Naturnära tomt med gräsmatta för sommaraktiviteter. Ca 150m till bryggan, båt med motor för fiske och bad samt kajak för 2p. Härlig löprunda på 4,5km runt Björsund. Stor altan med grill och pingisbord.

Minihus i Mariefred

A simple little house where you can sleep and prepare basic meals while enjoying everything that Mariefred has to offer. The house is only 15 sqm, so it’s small but cozy. There is a bed that is 140 cm wide, a small writing desk with a chair, and a small table with two stools. There is a TV with Netflix, Telia Play, and Disney+. There is also a small kitchenette with two hotplates and a portable fan. Parking is available on the street outside or elsewhere nearby.

We are far from the big city, but still only 1 hour from Stockholm, with a nice view of Lake Mälaren and the opportunity to sit on our jetty at sunset. Our guest house is about 45 sqm with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (180 cm bed) and a small living room with sofa bed (140 cm). The guest house is built together with the main building and has its own balcony.
