I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och goa bakverk. Enklare frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Se hemsidan Café Östergården. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

Fiber finns som möjliggör att det även passar utmärkt att arbeta härifrån. Naturnära tomt med gräsmatta för sommaraktiviteter. Ca 150m till bryggan, båt med motor för fiske och bad samt kajak för 2p. Härlig löprunda på 4,5km runt Björsund. Stor altan med grill och pingisbord.

Rum i gårdshus på mysig innergård i centrala Mariefred med sjöutsikt över Mälaren. Huset ligger i anslutning till Kakelmakargården från slutet av 1700-talet. Rummet har dubbelsäng som enkelt kan skjutas isär till två enkelsängar samt sovloft, enkelsäng, bäst för barn. Gratis parkering med laddmöjlighet i nära anslutning till huset.
