Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 m to the jetty, a motor boat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. A lovely 4.5 km running circuit around Björsund. The small stable that is from the 1600s has been converted into a small guest apartment. There is no running water here, but there is an old-fashioned charming little kitchen with modern equipment. The toilet consists of a modern incineration toilet. Hot water shower is available in an adjacent building. The farm is located in a quiet, old-fashioned village surrounded by forest and arable land, but with idyllic Mariefred and Gripsholm Castle around the corner. On the farm, you live with dogs, cats, chickens, ducks and beehives.

The house has had the privilege of being included in the popular history and building conservation program on TV, SVT "Det sitter i väggarna" in the fall of 2023.
