The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Welcome to the Laschenskygut in Wals near Salzburg! The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Salzburg, surrounded by green meadows with a magnificent view of the mountains. With a direct bus connection, only 600 meters away, you can get directly to the city center of Salzburg. A restaurant and bakery are within walking distance. Many excursion destinations can be reached by public transport or by car. This can be parked in the free car park directly at the accommodation.

Absolutely everyone, whether family, group of friends, couple or individual can feel comfortable with us. We have a great apartment that provides 6 sleeping places (if necessary, you could also use the sofa for additional sleeping places). The great view from the balcony of the mountain scenery of the Alps shows you what a beautiful area you are in. In addition, the proximity to Salzburg is an absolute highlight: 5 minutes by car to the border and 15 minutes to the city center.

Home Maislinger - Enjoy Nature, Explore Salzburg

Our apartment is decorated with a lot of love. Among other things, it offers an Emma mattress, living room ventilation and a separate entrance! It is very close to Salzburg. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and you can quickly reach the city center by bus (30 minutes)/car (20 minutes). In the immediate vicinity is the Grünauerhof and the Hotel Königgut! Both are within walking distance and offer culinary delights. Two playgrounds are also within walking distance!

Nestled in the beautiful Salzburg countryside with direct views of the mountains and yet close to the city, the approx. 48 m², lovingly furnished apartment with panoramic balcony is located in a quiet sunny location. Visit the city and experience nature from a special place to live😊 The airport/highway are within easy reach, but not audible! A few minutes' walk away is the bus stop (in 20 minutes in the city center), a renowned inn, as well as a small bakery.

Welcome to your holiday apartment in Salzburg. It is located in the suburbs of the beautiful city of Salzburg and you can explore the city easily with the bus. the house is around 3 km away from the city center but the bus station is only 50 m away from the house and leaves every 15 minutes. The flat is completely new renovated and has everything for a spoilt holiday. I m a tour guide and would love to give you some advice (if you want so).

The apartment is accessible via an external staircase. There are up to 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 separate Toilet. Parking is right in front of the house Towels, linens and a hairdryer are provided. In the house is a small shop with Greek products.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Our Schwalbennest is intended to take you away from the fast-paced everyday life and give you some peace and quiet with the rustic wooden exposed roof truss. The view from the balcony on the top floor shows the Untersberg in Berchtesgaden and the Gaisberg in Salzburg in the background. We want to welcome you to our house and hope to bring you a little closer to Berchtesgaden with our love of wood.
