Our house is located in the center of the medieval town of Tagliolo Monferrato surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera can be reached in 30 minutes by car. For wine lovers, Barolo & Langhe is famous for commute. The old port of Genoa (Genova) by car takes about 50 minutes by car. Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. Lovely country house surrounded by vineyards

Semi-detached part of an ancient farmhouse with separate entrance, recently refurbished and fully equipped. No neighbouring houses. Two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with walk-in rain shower, large living area, cozy dining corner, complete kitchen. Splendid view over the vineyards of Langhe-Roero, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with no overtourism. Close to Alba, Barolo and everything else you may visit while being in the area, including fine restaurants and famous wine producers.

Panoramic villa in the Monferrato hills

The hilltop villa is surrounded by a private park and the renovation has just been completed, with the lowest environmental impact and maximum comfort: photovoltaic system, underfloor heating, electric car and bike charging. Outside there are ample spaces to enjoy. Each floor is autonomous and has modern kitchens, bathrooms, living and dining areas. The attic has two bathrooms and two connected rooms. The terrace offers an incomparable panorama, in the context of the Unesco heritage site.
