Chalet "La Buca delle Fate" Relax in the hills

Wooden chalet immersed in the woods ,among vineyards ,olive trees and aromatic plants for the exclusive use of customers. The village of Piano di Mommio can be reached from the chalet even on foot in a few minutes. Just 10 minutes by car from the sea of Viareggio and 25 minutes from Pisa and Lucca. Pool solarium area 100 metres from the chalet not included in the price, but can be booked by contacting the management. Not suitable for those travelling without a car.

Casa Melograno is a carefully renovated stone cottage. To get to the house there is a narrow uphill road not suitable for low-riding cars, where the first 5 meters are for experienced drivers. The pool has a terrace and wooden pergola, deck chairs, and umbrellas. Completing the whole is Tuscan decor with stone walls, chestnut beams and terracotta floors. Casa Melograno has 2 double bedrooms, 1 sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Ground floor: entrance, living room with sofa bed, TV and fireplace, built-in kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, bathroom with washing machine. First floor: bright double bedroom with closet and TV, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower. Pellet heating connected to the radiators.
