Completely new, cozy 2-room-Apartment in sunny basement with private parking, flat screen, Wi-Fi, washing machine & dryer as well as south terrace and 2 bikes including child trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200 m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular Warendorfer Straße, which is peppered with very nice shops. The popular nightlife district in the Südstadt and the harbor are also easy to reach.

Cosy, quiet and bright attic studio in one of the most beautiful districts in Münster, very conveniently located between the city centre and the Dortmund-Ems Canal. The city centre is a 4-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk away. Two bicycles are available free of charge on request - please register when booking. Dogs for an extra charge. Only families can also come in threes or fours. We do not accept bookings for third parties - Whoever books should also arrive.

Close to the city center (4 km), bus stop 150 m. The house is very quiet. You can look into a free field from the studio. Fully equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, ceramic hob 2 fields, cabinets). Double bed (2m x 1.60 m). The studio has air conditioning. For a toddler we have a baby bed. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). We pay great attention to the environment: solar power, ProWindgas (green), waste separation...

Welcome to the housekeeping apartment (basement ) of the former rectory . The apartment is quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes you are walking in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.
