Completely new, cozy 2 rooms.- Apartment in a sunny basement with private parking, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer, as well as a south-facing terrace and 4 bicycles with a child trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center, always along the popular Warendorfer Straße, which is full of very nice shops. The favorite nightlife district in the south of the city and the port are also easy to reach.

The studio features vibrant orange walls, wooden beams, and colorful square carpeting. A spacious bed with a layered blanket is positioned beside a light-colored sofa. A large mirror and a wooden cabinet add to the decor, while a desk lamp provides functionality.
